You also agree that your profile information will be truthful. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. Use an image that is your likeness and information that is up to date and accurate, agreeing to not misrepresent your identity. Members will only create a profile that represents themselves and not to be used by a third party. You may request help on behalf of a third party but to make that clear and understood at the time of posting.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

As and When generally does not review content provided by our Members or others. You agree that we are not responsible for others’ (including other Members’) content or information. We cannot always prevent this misuse of our services, and you agree that we are not responsible for any such misuse. You also acknowledge the risk that you or your organization may be mistakenly associated with content posted through the site.

Termination

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members of our Services. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor interactions between you and other members of our Services.
Remember, As and When cannot be responsible for the interactions that you have with other members, so please use good judgment and keep safety in mind when you use our Services. If at all possible and where you feel there are vulnerable situations that you use discretion and use the services of those with a current DBS. If in doubt ask for an uploaded copy.
We cannot and do not confirm each member’s identity. Therefore, you are solely responsible for determining the identity and suitability of others with whom you may interact with through our Services. We encourage you to take precautions when interacting with other members, particularly when meeting a stranger in person for the first time.
The Service does not endorse the character, knowledge or skill of any member and “Points” are merely an indication of a member’s activity on the platform. Because our Services are merely a platform, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more members, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law you release us (and our officers, directors, members, employees, agents and affiliates) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
Please contact the person and settle all disputes with them. Remember that goodwill is at the forefront of all exchanges from all parties.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Payment
If you buy any of our paid Services, you agree to pay us the applicable fees and taxes and to additional terms specific to the paid Services. Failure to pay these fees will result in the termination of your paid Services. Also, you agree that:
- We may store and continue billing your payment method (e.g. credit card) even after it has expired, to avoid interruptions in your Services and to use to pay other Services you may purchase.
- If you purchase a premier subscription, your payment method automatically will be charged at the start of each subscription period for the fees and taxes applicable to that period. To avoid future charges, cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel this service by giving a month notice by emailing As and When.
- All of your purchases of Services are subject to As and When’s refund policy.
- We may calculate taxes payable by you based on the billing information that you provide us at the time of purchase.
We do not guarantee refunds. If you have purchased points, these will need to be spent on the site and cannot be exchanged for monetary value, whether earned or purchased.
Email contact
As a member of the Service, you agree to receive emails about your account and activity on the platform that involves you. This is including but is not limited to, newsletters, notifications, private messages and instructional content. Members can unsubscribe from non-account related emails at any point using the unsubscribe link in the email or from within your account.Your email will never be sold to a third party.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is needed, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

However, by using The Service, the following information may become public if you post a request for help, or comment publicly on another post; name, photo, city/area plus any personal information that you share in such post or comment.
